Before inquiring, please take a moment to review the following:

Trial Visit Requirement

All new campers must complete a three-day Trial Visit to ensure camp is the right fit for them. This stay allows us to:

  • Get to know their play style, personality, and preferences

  • Help them adjust to our routine in a relaxed setting

  • Ensure they feel safe, happy, and comfortable in our care

Trial Visits are scheduled Monday night – Thursday morning during off-peak times so we can assess each pup individually. This helps you travel with peace of mind, knowing your dog will settle in with ease when it’s time for an extended stay.

Once you submit your Trial Visit reservation request, we’ll review your completed registration, check availability, and confirm your pup’s booking. Be sure to include your preferred dates and any special service requests when submitting your request.

Planning for a Holiday Stay?

For New Campers Seeking Major Holiday Reservations:
We prioritize holiday and high-peak reservations for dogs who stay with us 60+ days throughout the year as a loyalty reward. Remaining spots are offered via waitlist. Before being added to a holiday waitlist, all new campers must complete a successful Trial Visit prior to peak season.

To make things easier, we offer complimentary transportation on Mondays and Thursdays—so you can schedule a Trial Visit at your convenience.
